A little about me...

I am Cynthia Nakayenga, an ordinary woman who lives a simple yet fulfilled life.
In between fixing my old farm house and chasing sheep off my paths, I show people how to breath. I also run empowerment retreats for women. My passion is to help emotionally broken women(especially from relationships) to bounce back.

My life purpose is to be happy. To be free. This is also my purpose in other peoples lives. To show them happiness. To inspire them to know what freedom is. To love them.
My normal day includes setting time aside for meditations, journaling and reading. This is done in both a spiritual and non spiritual context.

I have three beautiful children who I have raised as a single mother. My journey so far has involved 2 lavish weddings, 2 difficult divorces, a few heartbreaks. 4 careers, a bankruptcy, packing bags to move countries 3 times, travelling, being rich, being broke, being sad, being happy........and the list goes on.
This journey has taught me, that achieving a life of contentment and freedom is not an easy one. We need guidance, we need motivation, we need inspiration. I am so grateful to God that I found these three elements at the right time.
Now, I am giving back into the universe, what the universe gave me.

I teach Qigong, Pranayama breathing and Mindfulness Meditation. When teaching, I draw on practical experience. I can show you how to use your own power to bounce back from any emotional rollercoasters this life has thrown at you.

I live off grid in a farm house in Portugal with my partner Steve and my 15 year old Son.
